What is Mori Bound?

Mori Bound is a philosophy - an acknowledgment that life has meaning not in spite of death, but because of it. We understand that true perspective is found at the edge of existence - where adrenaline, fear, and pain reveal what actually matters. We embrace our mortality and recognize that it's what makes life worth living. That temporality is what brings significance to everything we do. We recognize that our injuries are what make our health worth appreciating, and that our setbacks are what make our achievements feel earned. It’s because of this philosophy that we are able to find purpose in our darkest moments, and humility in our brightest.

The name Mori Bound comes from the Latin phrase memento mori, meaning "remember you must die." We are committed to sharing the stories of athletes who embody this philosophy, and to creating clothes that serve as a physical reminder of our mortality. Mori Bound will forge a culture where embracing death becomes a catalyst for a life filled with gratitude and purpose.
