Original and Compare-At Prices

Any "regular price" or crossed-out price shown on moribound.com reflects a genuine price at which that Mori Bound product was previously offered for sale to the public, in good faith, for a reasonably substantial period of time before the current price took effect. A product having been offered at a price doesn't mean every unit sold at that price — savings shown are measured against the price we offered it at, not against actual past sales volume.

Sale Pricing

Sale prices apply only for the duration of the sale or drop they're tied to. When a sale ends, products return to their regular price.

Lowest Price Disclosure (EU/UK Customers)

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, when we advertise a price reduction, the reference price we display reflects the lowest price we offered that product in the 30 days immediately before the reduction took effect, in line with applicable price-transparency requirements. If a product has been available for less than 30 days, the reference price reflects the lowest price offered since it was first listed.

Bundles and Multi-Packs

Where we offer a bundle (for example, a rashguard and matching shorts sold together as a set), the listed savings are calculated against the price of purchasing each item individually on moribound.com at the time of purchase, not against a hypothetical or promotional price.

Price Changes and Errors

Prices may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price and issue a full refund.
